    I knew David Cain as a fellow double bass player in the 1960s. He joined a sextet led by Milton James, a tenor sax player and good friend of mine. I understand David is now living in Poland – Milton and I would both very much like to get in touch with him. If you’re not allowed to give me his contact details, maybe you could at least forward this on to David and leave it up to him whether to reply.
